Open Scheduling → Schedulers and select the scheduler. Use its sections to change the service’s configuration. To change a booked occurrence, use the calendar instead.

Find the setting you need

Offer more than one session length

Under Advanced settings → Session lengths, select the lengths families can book. They choose a length before a date and time. Changing the selected length clears the earlier time selection and refreshes availability. Set overrides under Payment → Price by session length. A length without an override uses the default product or credit cost. See Price by session length.

Preview a specific date

In Specific Dates, the table shows each connected date’s hours, session length, and resources. Use All, Upcoming, or Past to narrow the list. Select a date to move the preview to that day. If it has no open times, the preview keeps your selection and shows No bookable times on this date. Check its hours, blocks, and booking rules. Choose Open availability on the row to open the connected template on that date in a new tab, keeping your unsaved scheduler work in place. Date-level Session length and Resources each have their own Save action.

A different duration on one date

Use this when a specific practice needs to run longer or shorter than usual:
  1. Open Specific Dates on the scheduler.
  2. Select a configured date from the connected availability template.
  3. Enter Session length in minutes and choose its Save action.
  4. Review the date in the preview. Use Restore default to remove the override.
  5. Choose Update for any other scheduler changes before leaving.
If no specific dates are connected, add them to the availability template first. An explicit duration override must fit that date’s window. Shared windows without an override follow the shared-availability rules. Resources can also be overridden here. A per-date location is set on the availability date; see Locations.

Active, inactive, and archived

Use Active to make an offering available for booking. Publishing it in the portal or website is a separate step. Turning it inactive pauses new athlete bookings without removing the configuration. Archive a finished offering to remove it from the active catalog while keeping history. Neither pausing nor archiving replaces the work of canceling sessions already booked.

Preview before publishing a change

Check the relevant date and length in Preview, save, then inspect the shared booking page. Changing a scheduler’s setup is different from changing the duration, location, or participants of one booked session. Use Changing your schedule to choose the correct scope and Share and publish to update where families find it.
