# Manage Your Billing & Invoices

> Update your card on file, view your invoices, and download receipts from the CoachIQ billing page

The Billing page is where you manage everything related to your CoachIQ subscription — update your payment method, view past invoices, and download receipts.

## Update your card on file

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to Settings → Billing">
    From your dashboard, click **Settings** in the bottom-left corner, then select **Billing**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a new card">
    In the **Card(s) on File** section, click **Add Card**.

    Enter your new card details:

    * Card number
    * Expiration date
    * CVV
    * Billing ZIP code
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set as default">
    Once added, click **Set as Default** next to the new card to make it your primary payment method. You can remove old cards by clicking the trash icon.

    <Check>
      **Done!** Your new card will be used for all future subscription charges.

## View and download invoices

Your complete billing history is available directly on the Billing page.

    Below your card and subscription details, you'll see a list of all past invoices with the date, amount, and status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Download an invoice">
    Click on any invoice to view or download it as a PDF. Use these for your business records, tax filings, or expense tracking.

  Download your invoices regularly if you need them for accounting — they're a clean record of every CoachIQ subscription payment.

## Common questions

  <Accordion title="When will the new card be charged?">
    Your new payment method will be charged on your next billing date. Your current billing cycle is not affected.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if my payment fails?">
    You'll receive an email notification if a payment fails. Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid service interruption.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I switch between credit card and bank account?">
    Currently, CoachIQ subscriptions support credit and debit cards only.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel my subscription?">
    Click **Let us know** in the Billing section. A CoachIQ team member will assist you with the cancellation process.
